Our cool trip..
On Thursday 13th of October we went to the Auckland botanical gardens. First we had to get divided into groups. I was in Mrs Buchanan’s group. What I heard was birds singing and bees buzzing around. When I got to the Auckland botanical gardens I felt happy because I saw heaps of flowers and plants. but my favourite plant was the blossom trees and a lot of daisies. The flowers I saw was daffodils the beautiful lilies and lavender. My favourite flowers were the big daisies and roses. My favourite place at the Auckland botanical garden was the rose garden. At the rose garden there was so many roses in different colours there were pink red and orange my favourite rose was the pink rose after looking at the roses we went to where the blossom tree was and near the blossom trees I saw a shovels. First I thought maybe that is for the gardeners that work at the garden but 5 seconds later I got the answer from Mrs Buchanan it is an art work. My favourite part is when we got to sketch a flower. When we were sketching Mrs Hoeberigs chose 5 people to explore around the place we were at we were with Pupuke, Topouseini, Jozlo, Shakia and I think Prudence. Mrs Hoeberigs took us to this really big hatched egg. We all got inside it and took a picture and when we were heading back what I saw was a vegetable called silverbeet and really big cabbages so what we did was having a 10 second look. Now it was time to head back to the bus and that was the end of our trip...
